Do exercise or briak walking atleast whenevr you get tym like bfo office, at nyt after dinner, or in weekend. Bacoz sedentary life may leads to many problems like obesity, piles, and obesity causing other problems. But your weight had not that much increse but I suggest you to folow proper diet. Avoid fast food. Hve green tea. Systemic diet will help you to not increse in further weight.

Hello though its a desk job but you are not the only one. So make sure you should do early morning exercises preferably morning wALK for 30 mins daily. Do not eat late night. During daytime after food do 5 mins walk in office. Take a break of 5 mins every 2 hrs during work. Do not eat fast food. Eat only fresh food. Make schedule of work & do follow it. You can also do evening walk also. Just do not be anxious for weight. Evening meal time should be 8 pm. Evening meal should be very light. Do not eat rice items in night. Also do the blood test for thyroid hormone after reports revert back I will guide you.

You should focus on your dietary pattern along with exercise for weight loss. It is important to take small and frequent meals at regular interval of time.
