Hello what you have read is correct but it should not be done for small problems. You should use natural ways preferably. For that you should you just have to maintain now. Always be satisfied. Do not eat fast food. Keep eating times rehgular. Do not eat late night. Do not eat too much spicy. Do not eat rice items in night. Do regular exercises. Do not take any market suppliment for body building. Early morning 30 mins walk is most important. Revert back if more guidance needed.
