I also have a problem of B12 and vitamin D deficiency. I am taking injections and tablets regularly. I walk on an average 50-75Ks / Month. In Jan 17 I walked around 110 Kms, Feb March and April was around 50 Kms. The more I walk, I get tiredness and after taking few B12 injections I am back to normal. Some one suggested to have a Cod-liver oil imported one to consume regularly to over come the issue. I am confused. I am a vegetarian, Please suggest.

To overcome your deficiencies, take 30 ml fresh wheat grass juice (extract the juice from 6-7 inch long Wheat grass and for best results consume with in 15 minutes) empty stomach in morning, after 30-45 minutes take 20 gm overnight soaked Sunflower seeds. Take 20 minutes Sun bath, between 6-8 am. It will further be beneficial, if you does Suryanamaskar (start with 5 cycles) along with Sun bath. Can take Punarnava Mandoor: 1 tab after 1/2 hr of breakfast and lunch with fresh Buttermilk.
