hello sir , take high protein and high calorie diet . have small and frequent meals. take milk and milk products. take sprouts, mango shake , banana shake, juice with glucose , cold coffee, paneer, tofu, soy milk, egg , lean meat. do stretching exercise alternate days. take plenty of fruits. don't skip your meals and breakfast specially .

Hello lybrate-user, you have to increase your daily food intake. Eat after every 2 -3 hours. Add one roti toyour meals and alaso have rice with dal / rajma/ paneer/ chana an dsome green vegetable. Add some sweetdish after your lunch & dinner. Have milkshakes, juices, ice-creams, chaat, cookies, dry fruits like kaju, kismis, in between main meals.
