1.Eat healthy balanced diet. Take diet rich vitamin D (fish, mushroom,diary product, egg, exposure to sun light), rich in calcium (cheese, soybean,sardines, green vegetable, fruits, whole grain, low fat diary product, fortified cereals), diet rich in zinc (peas,egg,chocolate), carbohydrate and protein rich diet. Avoid Junk/Processed food 2.Drink plenty of water(8 glass), 3.get adequate sleep(8hr in night). 4. Do regular exercise like swimming, hanging exercise like horizontal bar,toe touching exercise, super stretch exercise like stand upright and stretch your hands overhead as far as you can.
