I am 47 years of age a average athletic body v young dynamic always in high spits in day time till mid night and work at least 18 19 hrs v v active since my mom dad whole family is having sugar and bp as diabetic but till now I am totally saved firstly how I can determine my control of above in future too and which tests at what level and duration pls also I am v week in sex power atlest in last 4 years or so and have v less erection low libido and also early ejaculation too and does not satisfy wife since last few months /years some times in between I perform well and do lot of fore play before penetrating and if I last she supports me well and we do sex in various positions too at same time how can I resolve my above sex problem pls and I also want to do sometimes 2 times sex at night or week ends sat and sunday noon and night and other wise sex daily we r both highly sex hungry but some times due to my low libido and all she keeps quite and feel ashamed even she never ever said any thing my ques high libido good long time erection and long ejaculation period and if I want 2 times or studies and also daily at least pls suggest wht I do or else wht test to do and what precautions and what all medicines to take to inform not well but excellent in bed Please also insomnia anger frustration and depression is there in me since 3 4 years as coming out but still anger and frustration lot much and leeds to depression rarely but yes also this and main is gud excellent sex life till at least 60 plus when we both want then why not and suggest med for me and her too pls.
