Hi, I am 34 years male with weight 79 kg. Have some normal fat in body. My face seems normal with not much weight. Since yesterday I am feeling I get increased fat below chin. This increased fat is below chin so I am trying to press it towards neck. Since morning I am doing it so grow discomfort in that area. I am practically fine, just this irritating double chin like sagging. I am worrying if it could be related to some underlying medical condition. Please advice me which doctor should I consult? ENT doc? What could be possible causes. I just feel some cough in throat but it's normal. No nausea or vomiting or nothing any issues in health. Eating home food only. No smoking, no alcohol. Since morning I am pressing chin to neck so feel discomfort below china soft area which seems little puffy.

Jaw Jut Tilt your head back and look toward the ceiling. Push your lower jaw forward to feel a stretch under the chin. Hold the jaw jut for a 10 count. Relax your jaw and return your head to a neutral position. Repeat this 10 times. Push against your hand with your head and neck without moving your head forward. Repeat the exercise on each side of your head to improve your lateral neck strength as well. Hold a tennis ball under your chin. Using your neck muscles to keep the ball in place helps you get a stronger chin for boxing. Stand with good posture with your head in its natural position. Push your jaw out and lift your lower lip as high on your face as possible. Hold it in that position for 10 seconds, then relax. You should feel the muscles directly underneath your chin stretch a bit.
