Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs . Core Strengthening Exercises. Take frequent Breaks at work Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

Avoid while sleeping straight, But take pillow when sleeping on one side. Take Hot water bottle fomentation,& Muscle relaxants, you will feel better.
