Dear Lybare user, Skip late night sleeping and wake late in morning. Do Yoga Pranayam regularly 30-40 mins. Skip spicy and junk food in regular diet. Apply Desi cow ghee in both nostriles 3-4 times a day regularly and drink water shoul be boiled which can be reduced upto 1/4th part added 1tspSunth Powder in it during boiling.
