My sister is complaining regarding this problem since a week. She fought with her boyfriend last week and she got a bit emotional, scared of breakup and she got a severe left arm pain. Next day also it was there and after that it went away. She is a bit overweight. So she exercises daily. Today she exercised for 30 minutes of cardio. Nothing happened. But after 1 hour when she started jogging, for 5 minutes she started getting back pain and left arm pain radiating towards chest. She also has acidity problem, anxiety issues and hormonal imbalance problems. So is this pain related to heart issue or some acidity problem? She is only 24 years old girl. She had been to doctor also. He didn't say anything about this. So please someone tell me what problem she is facing. The pain is not too much. It's like mild burning pain she says. Please help her.
