In the back side of my leg muscle just below the knee (gastrocnemius muscle) I can see my veins but they are larger than normal like they are swollen my age is 20 and normal weight abt 68 kgs so my question is is these swollen veins are harmful in future presently I have no problem at all what are the precautions or treatments should I take should I worry about this. Please reply waiting for your reply.

Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.
