This ques I am asking for my mother her age is 47 she is suffering from increase in LDL tat is 240 she is eating clean her diet contains dry fruits apple orange salad daal oats no ghee refined only olive oil n she is also doing morning walk skipping and yoga bt wat else should be done. Please although she is on medication bt many times she goes through inflammation of heart please help.
