I am 58 years old man without any other problem. Mine everything is normal like BP, Blood sugar, urine, HbA1c, etc. My height and weight is 5' 5",53 Kg. But my problem is nowadays, I quickly excited and after foreplay with spouse I can't get excited. My genital is not getting so stiff as like 10 years ago. While after reach organism, what I feeling 10 years ago (like good sensation, so much pleasure), that now I do not feel. When I insert the my genital to spouse's genital, after half a minute, I reached organism. I could not hold more time. Please doctor give some suggestion to me and my spouse. Thanking you, regards.
