Hi, I am 34 years old doing body weight and dumbbell workout at home daily. I am pure veg and thus source of protein is not adequate in diet due to which not gaining muscle mass. Can I take Whey Isolate just 1 scoop daily in water after home workout? I am worried if that is fine without any health risks as am kot going gym. Please advise.
