Change food habites add in your food calcium vitamins minirales proteins milk end milk products dry fruites fruites and green vegitabales salad. Yes you can join gym but do excersices according to your stamina.

Hi Vivek, you don't have to join gym to gain weight. You need to increase your daily food intake. Eat every 2 hours. Have 2-3 chapatis with rice, dal/non-veg with vegetable& salad & curd in lunch & dinner ,followed by sweetdish . In between main meals, have milkshakes, custard, dry fruits, bhelpuri, aloo chaat, paneer / cheese sandwiches.
