Face and specially forehead dark ho jata hai sun tanning ke karan kyunki ye area pe sabse zyada sun rays aati hain, baki parts mostly covered hote hain. Regularly sunscreen use karo, har 2-3 ghante me sunscreen reapply karo. Aur raat me ek skin lightening cream lagao.
