Hello doctor, the problem with me is that I lose weight fast. I am underweight. And I fear losing weight fast. And want to gain weight. What can I do?

hello, first of all normalise the thyroid hormone levels, since high levels are usually responsible for weight loss. Eat nutrient dense foods ,fruits and vegetables include avocados,spinach, radish,carrot, eggs. Consume one or two smoothies on a daily basis with some added protein. .do some exercises like weight lifting at least thrice a week
