I have a desk job and in the last 2 years my weight has gone up from 60 kgs to 78 kgs I want to lose weight please help.

Weight gain has happened due to physical inactivity. Include high fiber diet, fruits and salad in your diet. Avoid refined flour. Take frrequent meals. Sample Plan: Breakfast:Wheat Flakes With Milk, Mid Morning: Fruit Platter, Lunch: Oat Meal Chapati With Vegetable and Salad, Evening: Jasmine Tea, Dinner: Quinoa Salad.

Take high fiber low fat diet take regular breaks from desk. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Drink lot of water everyday. Avoid junk and fast food completely. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan.
