My leg portion starting from knee portion to feet start paining during night and after wakeup time. Also after coming frm a walk when I sit for sometime it started paining when I started to walk again.

Some days you do rest light wait & comfortable wear shoes either shilper you take hot water then towel deep in hot water then round on knee you feel after some days pain is remove but you feel pain you take any pain killer you can also physiotherapy some days a physiotherapist give you wex us tenc & exercise you feel more batter OK.
