I am putting on my weight rapidly. I tried to lose weight but failed. I went to gym. I want in fruits n salad diet no rice n no fast food at all. Now I am unable to do physical works. I get tired very soon. Suggest me some good diet for me.

Hello dear Rani you take that food items which r energy producing n rich in fiber .take sprouts,oats with milk boiled egg with milk etc take fruits after some time have proper lunch n take dinner two hrs before you sleep .u can ask for further details
