I am 52 years old. I got one ligament damaged in both legs knee. My left shortened by 3/4" due to gun shot injury. Presently I am feeling my shoulders and neck being jaam gradually. Perhaps this is symptums of survical spondolitis. I am suffering from osteo arthiritis. Since my child hood I am facing constipation and gastro problems. I am doing some physical activity to keep myself fit in my agricultural fields. More over I use to play volly ball regularly. I reduced my weight from 90 to 74 kg. My height is 5'8" (170 cm). Hello, I understand your concern. Neck stiffness, shoulder stiffness, neck pain these are all due to cervical spondylosis. This is a age related disorder common in old age. For this problem I suggest you to consult a physiotherapist who will teach you some exercises which will help you to reduce the stiffness of neck and shoulder. Additionally, you can take tab. Zerodol-mr 1 tab whenever needed. Osteoarthritis is again a different problem to deal with. As it is a degenerative diaease of joint it is difficult to treat with medication. I really appreciate what you are doing, i. E, weight loss, playing volleyball, working field. All these help you to reduce pain. Additionally, you can try some stretching exercise of joints. Ex. Yoga. Tha tablet which I have mentioned above will also help you to reduce the pain from osteoarthritis. Constipation and gastric problem: try to increase fibre content in your food. Add green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Drink luke warm water as soon as you get up. This will stimulate the gut. Try to develop a habit og going to toilet at the same time daily. This will help your body to get adjust to that time. For gastric problem, you might be already taking some medication. Additionally, avoid tea coffee, spicy food. Take care.
