Hi I had c section before 11 months now am facing back pain and legs pain sometimes am very easily feel tried also and if I carry any object means c scar are getting pain and sometimes I had itching on scar area Also.

Change food habites add in your food calcium vitamins minirales proteins milk end milk products dry fruites fruites and green vegitabales salad. Do aerobic excersices yoga will help you.
