Hello lybrate-user, have a protein rich diet, include milk, curd / raita, paneer, pulses (all dals), kala chana, soybeans, sprouts, in your diet. Have 2 -3 servings of fruits & vegetables daily. Have whole grains, oatmeal. Have a healthy breakfast and light & early dinners.
