Hi doctor, Since around a month I'm suffering from piles. continuous inflammatory feeling. A bit pain while in toilet. Although no bleeding. Please suggest me home remedies. And plus I want to know if it produces foul smell that can be smelled by others sitting around? Cos it's very embarrassing because I think due to this I'm also going through gastric troubles!

Hi, the first step for you is to go to a General Surgeon and get a diagnosis. As per your history I would say you have Fissure in Ano with Sentinel Piles. But since seeing is believing so a per rectal examination is needed. It could also be Haemorrhoids. Both conditions need surgery as a permanent solution. Please do not delay surgery by seeking home remedies because bleeding on a continuous basis can lead to Anaemia. It also will cause Constipation leading to Gastritis tendencies and Post prandial bloating or distention of abdomen after eating.
