I want to have a flat belly. please suggest me what to do for that in case of diet. I am doing workout for belly for last 1.5 months but the result is negligible. So please please suggest me what to do. What to eat. When to eat. And what should be my diet plan. Eagerly waiting for a reply.

Hello sir, if your belly is sapping your body confidence, do not despair. The reason for your puffy midsection may be bloat not fat. Add more fiber-rich food in your diet, take less sodium ,add more fluids like water 8-10 glasses plus plenty of fluid rich foods such as fruits and vegetables, add potassium rich foods also.

Take low sodium high fiber and potassium rich Fruits and vegetables a lot to reduce fast. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Drink lot of water everyday. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan.
