I want simple diet chart to reduce 5 kg of weight. I am 5'8" tall with weight 70 kgs. My belly is little out! I am deficient in vit b12 and vit d!

Just walk briskly regularly for about 45-50 min. Avoid taking junk foods.in the morning take lemon with luke warm water. Then have a juice made of gourd, cucumber and carrot.in breakfast take 2 roti with 2 egg. Veg.milk and one fruit of your choice.in lunch have one plate green salad just before starting your meal.in lunch have one bowl brown rice with 100 gm chicken, mixed veg a large bowl.in the evening take chola or sprouts. In dinner take one roti with green veggies and green salad. U can take low fat curd or raita in lunch. Follow this you will be benefited.
