Hi. I have a gum disease where my gums starts bleeding. I believe it's coz of tartar accumulation. However I do brush twice a day and get the tartar removed from dentist nearby since my gums distorts during the time. However after a month of removal, the process starts again. What should I do to completely get rid of this gum disease? please I have been following this practice for last 5-7 years.

It definitely shows that you may be brushing but the purpose of brushing is not getting solved, you need to work on your brushing, if manual brushing is not efficient then shift to the battery operated brush, and brushing should be twice a day after breakfast and after dinner.

Hi. I think you are not properly advised about the proper oral hygiene maintenance procedures. Brush twice daily - in the morning and before going to bed in the night. Avoid taking sweets/sticky foods in between meals. Regularly gargle your mouth with a mouth wash. You can also use sugar-free chewing gums like orbit after meals or after taking sticky foods which to some extent prevents plaque formation.
