Hello, to lose weight, you need to reduce your carbohydrate intake. Restrict your intake of chapatis (have 2 rotis in lunch & 1 roti in dinner) with vegetable, dal, salad and curd / raita. Avoid sweets, fried foods & junk foods. Increase your water intake to atleast 3 ltrs daily. Walk / exercise for atleast 30 min.
