Sir, I feel depressed. please help me. Want rid from fear of lose ,unsuccessful. I am in a relationship but he is going to married other girl. How can I overcome from this issue. I have quit going job for preparing another job .but feel lack of confidence. Most of time I cry lot. Feel broken inside. Help me please.

lybrate-user, you are 32 and not a kid. You can not force him to marry. Moreover he likes someone else. Find a good job for you. Or start teaching small kids. They are the best anti depressants. They will amuse and entertain you. You will have handsome income too. Life is beautiful, enjoy it. I assure you, you will find your soulmate soon. Go for vacations for some days. Dear most likely you are depressed. Depression may affect all the people during some part of their life. In some people it comes and passes away soon whereas some individuals are not able to cope with the depressive situations of life and they continue to suffer which affects their�physical and mental health. Please make a note of it that it's a phase and it will pass. *it is necessary to take enough sleep to get relief from depression. Insomnia or loss of sleep is one of the important causes of depression. Therefore, people who lack sleep should calm down their brain by taking normal sleep. *you should go out with friends and enjoy in the company of others. Do not sit alone for longer periods of time. One should engage in several activities of recreation to get some entertainment. * Morning walk increases the supply of oxygen to the brain and it helps in removing the symptoms of depression. *Healthy food is very necessary to get relief from the state of depression. *drink more water to remove the waste chemical substances from the body. *Exercise also helps in the treatment of depression. **Yoga asana and mild exercise helps to increase the supply of blood to the brain and gives quick relief from depressive state of mind. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day ? or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Two other aspects of yoga ? breathing exercises and meditation ? can also help people with depression feel better. 2. Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat.. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3. Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. 4. Express yourself. With depression, a person's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked.
