My blood test report shows slightly high level of TSH. It came out to be 5.7 against normal level of 5.5. Please suggest what should be done to bring it to normal.

5.7 is not so high it can be easily corrected. You can use thyronorm 25 mcg tablets daily once or if you need any homeo substitute instead of thyronorm please write back to me in detail to treat it permanently without any side effects.

Its borderline high. It may be due to stress. Start some deep breathing techniques for relieving stress. Just get your other hormones checked.
