I used to masturbate daily. I have stopped masturbating .But I am facing problems such as uneasy restless sensation in tail bone and genital area and legs I am sometimes urine problem. I am having twitching in my whole body. I am having little head lightness. I feel sometimes sleepy and sometimes sleeplessness. I used to do exercise first but now after exercise or after going toilet I have sensation in my genital area ,seating area (lower back )and legs. And my weight also decrease by 5 kg. I have done my blood test urine test and kub and ecg everything is normal. What is solution for this problem?
