I am doing gym from last two months. But I am not sweating. I do my exercise properly even I don't take rest more than 30 seconds. Take proper diet as given. I am not losing my weight. Please suggest.

Make 2 changes: Take 1 glass fresh fruit juice, 1/2 hour prior to exercise. Keep sipping water or fluid throughout the day (150 - 180 ml in a go. Increase intensity: Go to the next level, increase your intensity but not the time. Improve speed in aerobics. Along with this, if you supplements your water with Magnesium, it improves your body's ability to utilize all the nutrients available in diet, at right place. That will help in improving muscle percentage.
