Hi I have a saviour shoulder pain since 3 years. Dr. suggested many things as cervical. To freezer shoulder and had so many medicines till d time. Now it seems all d bones of my body started pain including fingers heels and knees. My age is 29 years now. What test I should go through so dat can get a clear picture. Last year I had an MRI scan bit it resulted normal.

Hello madam, Shoulder pain is due to various causes. Need a proper examination and diagnosis is important for treatment. Consult physiotherapist they diagnosis. For reduce pain and prevent further damage: Apply ice fermentation or hot water fermentation 3-5 times daily. Avoid lying on affected side. Avoid weight lifting. Do breathing exercises.
