I am 23 years old n stay in mumbai n work. I hav pain in the area where neck n shoulders meet. It usually starts paining in evening between 5-6 n stays till I sleep. I normally put balm everyday. What should I do?

Hi lybrate-user Actually it is just a cervical strain, may b due to travelling, working continuously in front of monitor, using pillow, using mobile etc So You need posture correction by physiotherapist, mild analgesics to relieve pain now. Then go for lifestyle modification like stop using pillow, stretching exercises in between work, avoid bending and lifting work, watching TV or reading in sleeping posture.
