I had played basketball and cricket. My legs now paining severely. I can barely walk. Pain is mainly in the heel and tibia. Advice me some exercise and diet to make them strong again.

If you over-exert then naturally it pains. So take sufficient rest and once you feel comfortable begin with warm-up (like walking for 15-20 minute.) and then play the game of your choice. If you are not trained then take rest in between. Increase the duration of play slowly. Keep walking everyday even on holidays. Once your muscle are toned and have accustomed to the particular game it will not pain. Eat healthy food and avoid all bad habits.
