I used to do lot of extra-curricular activities like sports in my 20's.Now i'm 32, can I still do cycling, running & other sports like before. By the way, I used to clock a very tough & record breaking time in Track Athletics like 800m & 1500m. My question is can I still do the same or something similar to that. I used to have breathing problems in the past which has been resolved with time. Thank you.

Yes y not you can. But you need to c if you still feel breathlessness. If you feel uncomfortable in any of the activities than avoid that and swtich to another. Infact to b active is v good thing. It will help you stay fit till years. Take healthy diet this will support you to continue.
