He has 37 years old. Married, 61 KG, he has suffering with gastric problem from last one year. Present he get tired after meals. He need take some food in every two hours. Otherwise he feeling not good. Some pinching near heart. We have consult cardiologist, he confirms there is no any problem related heart. Examined with endoscopy, here is also good condition of liver function. But he had suffering with tiredness. Sensing of Pinching near heart nerve. Please give me suggestions. What is the problem? Where we consult?

hello lybrate user he is suffering from hyperacidity, that is the cause of discomfort in abdomen and near the heart. take plenty of water, coconut water once in a day, take overnight soaked raisins. avoid spicy, fatty and refined stuffs, cold drink, chilled water smoke and liquor. start practicing pranayam specially shitli and shitkari. take some ayurvedic medicines for it. for more query and better results pls consult
