I have mild groin pain as well as mild pain in bottom of my left testicle when I touch it. In past 3 years it had happened three times. No swelling or anything like that except for pain in my left testicle. What is it? Is there any serious problem coming? I am 24 years male with weight 64 kgs. No smoking, no drinking. Kindly help me. Thanks in advance.

Hello- A varicocele, or abnormally dilated vein in the scrotum, can cause a similar type of dull ache. A dull ache originating from the testicle itself could be due to a benign mass such as a cyst, or more rarely, due to a more serious condition such as testicular cancer.
