I got married last years in the month of may. My husband is elder than one yr. We are trying for the baby. I checked gynecologist. She said normal. But your weaker. Im working as a teacher. My husband is working in other place. He usually come on friday and go on Monday. My problem is that periods are normal. Last month period came on 20th. This month period com on 17th. Period delay for 2 or 5 days. After that periods come. I don't know wat is the reason.

Few days late or early period does not matter. Eat healthy. Start follic acid tablets. Tell your husabnd also to eat healthy and avoid any typ of addictions. Avoid sauna bath. Try to inimate on your fertile window which is frm 7 day if period to 14 days. Be regular.

If periods come 2 to 5 days later or earlier, that doesn't matter. Cycle may be of 21 days up to 32 days. But to get conceived, it is preferable that periods are regular so that you can plan to have relations accordingly.

A period cycle of plus minus 5 days is normal, so relax, and if you have a sexual contact from 7th day to 20th day of your cycle it increases the chances of pregnancy, if everything else is normal.
