My baby is 2 months 9 days. He has not passed stool since 2 days. He is on breast feed but as my feed is less I have to give him 1 time diluted cows milk but it is only once in a day about 60 ml. He is not taking formula feed. Is there any problem.

It's okay if child doesn't pass stool for four five days, provided stools are soft whenever passed and she passes gas daily. It rules out intestinal obstruction, an emergency. Hard stools requires different assasment. So long as growth is normal as plotted on growth chart, there is no need to give top feeds up to the age of six months.
