Hi, I have constant pain in my upper body, shoulders, chest, upper back, neck and half portion of head joining neck. The weired thing is this pain keeps moving sometimes shoulder, sometimes chest, neck and all upper body part. It has been a month that I am suffering. I have taken muscles relaxing medicine but it's not only one place which it kind of rotate, very difficult to explain also. What can it be?, Is it gas traveling everywhere? Which kind of doctor should I see, please help.

For permanent cure, you should visit to a nearby physiotherapist first. So he/she will be able to assess closely your muscular and posture related issues. For now, do some hot fomentation, sit tall, walk talk tall, for a few days say no to your smart phone and unwanted use of any gadgets, or activities involving too much forward neck bending. Sit on a chair. Lean backwards for seconds, put your both hands behind the head and give a backward stretch, sit in front of mirror and press head agaaint palm in all four directions for 10 seconds each.
