Dullness occurs because of sun exposure, stress, improper food and eating habits. You need to correct all this first as its a part of everyone's life nowadays. Use a good sunscreen with spf of 30, regularly. Drink lots of water. Don't use harsh products on your face. Moisturise your skin. For a detailed and specific management ill need some good quality photos of your skin. Get back accordingly
