Hai sir I am suffering 2 years of lower back pain in (L4&L5 and L5&S1) I can't do my regular work daily so please suggest me good exercise.

Hello Lybrate user. Posture is a key to getting recover from back pain .most of people do not know which position relieves pain and which aggravates the pain. U need to identify that position first .improove your postural habits .sit straight, stand and walk straight, keep your head in eye leve, take regular break from the work in order to off load the pressure frm the muscles. Do mckenzie exercises. Lie on your tummy. Then using your both elbow try to lift up your trunk and look up. Hold this for 15 seconds. Repeat this 10 time thrice a day. If this does not resolve your problem. Schedule a visit to your near by qualified physiotherapist. Thanks.
