My weight is 83 kgs. My height is 5.6 and vitamin d is 6. My cholesterol is 228. How do I reduce my weight upto 65 kgs without giving up my vegetarian diet? Please provide me healthy seven day diet chart which can bring back my fatty acids in liver and high cholesterol back on track. Also it should provide my skin with good exposure to all vitamins and nutrients.

you need to start with a balance diet as per your body constitution and medical parameters. you can start up with walk or any physical activity during the day. take seasonal fruits and vegetables. you need to minimize your oil intake. plenty of water will help you. take meal at every two hourly. if you want specific diet plan that also you can start as per your body constitution and medical parameters.
