Lately I experience that my timing getting reduce during intercourse and result into unsatisfactory climax. Is it due to diabetes? My testosterone count is less than 200 is that matters?

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. If you have diabetes, then keeping blood glucose under strict control is very essential. Because uncontrolled diabetes can definitely lead to erectile dysfunction. Ideally fasting glucose should be <100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8. If this is not achieved, then microvasculature problems (including ED) do develop. Low testosterone may also contribute. Thanks.

Normal level of blood Testosterone is 3-10 ng/ml or 300 to 1000 ng/dl. Your Testosterone level is low. You may have to take injection Testosterone after consulting physician/Endocrinologist.
