Sir I am Male Age 50 Years. Weight 80 Kg Height. 5'6" I got tested and my my Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) Value is 6.35 And Triglycerides Value is 360. I am not feeling any health problems. Please help me, what dieting I should follow.
