I am 45 year old male. Acidity and indigestion have become regular companions of me since few years. I have changed my diet habits also but even then not much relief is there. I have started taking bowl full of fruits, salad & cereals in afternoon and full meal including roti in the night but my stomach still feels stuffed through out the day causing unrest. Please suggest how to get relief from this ailment.
