Vitamin b 12 deficiency can create problems are weaknesses tiredness heart problems and shortness of breath, pal skin, smooth tongue, constipation, diarrhea, loss of appetite or gas, nerve problem like numbness or tingling, muscle weakness and problems walking ,vision loss so please take medicine.
