Hello, few tips that will help in loosing tummy are: 1.Have a light & early dinners (by 8: 00 pm) 2. Include fruits & vegetables in your daily diet. 3. Avoid sweets / sugar based foods, fried foods. 4. Have small & frequent meals instead of 3 main heavy meals in a day. 5.Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water daily and walk / exercise for atleast 30 minutes daily.
