I have a desk job and in the last 2 years, my weight has goes up from 55 kgs to 65 kgs. I want to loss weight, please help.

hello sir you can reduce weight with following: take healthy balanced diet along with regular exercise regime take small and frequent meals drink plenty of water include seasonal fruits and vegetables Avoid zimikand, arbi, mango and cheeku. avoid sweets, junk food and aerated drinks. start your day with 5 almonds soaked overnight with apple and green tea.
